Use of this web site for the purpose of ordering any product or service offered therein constitutes a legal agreement between you and Muelbury, Ltd. Pricing

All pricing applicable to the purchase and shipping of any Night Light Designs product is quoted in U.S. Dollars and may be changed or deleted at any time at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Despite our best efforts, it’s possible that an item may be mispriced. If it’s determined that the price listed on the web site is inaccurate and your order has not yet shipped, we will advise you of the error. At that time, you will have the option of accepting the price change or canceling the order at no charge to you.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards have no expiration date and are also transferrable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of reimbursement other than being applied towards a Night Light Designs “online” order. Cards cannot be used at shows or any other events other than online. Only one Gift or Coupon code may be used on any single Night Light Designs order.

Order Refusal

Although we value each and every order we receive, Night Light Designs reserves the right to refuse any orders at our sole discretion. Night Light Designs is not liable to you or any other party for failure to produce or sell any night light or other product.

Legal Ownership

Please do no transmit or mail images to Night Light Designs for the purpose of ordering a custom night light or any other purpose, if you do not have the legal right to do so. This includes, but is not limited to images that may infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property. Night Light Designs reserves the right to terminate any orders that appear to be in violation of such laws. All reproduction rights are the customers’ responsibility, and Muelbury, Ltd. assumes no liability for any copyright or other infringement.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Muelbury, Ltd. and it subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, contractors, vendors, suppliers, internet service providers, and partners harmless from any loss, cost, claim, demand or other harm of any kind, including reasonable attorney fees, due to or arising out of your use of this web site, your content and/or images, your default under any provision in these terms, your violation of any law and your violation of any rights of another person.

Mishandling or Misuse of Product

Muelbury, Ltd. is not responsible or liable under any circumstance, for any injury to you or others, or any property damage as a result of mishandling or misuse of your night light. It is extremely important to remember that night lights are an electrical product and not a toy, and should be handled with the utmost care. You should therefore never allow children to handle, plug in or operate the night light except under strict adult supervision. Please treat this product in the same manner as any other electrical appliance.
